In this class, students will learn to spread, pin and mount a variety of butterflies with Sammi of Brain Fever Artwork. All specimens and materials are included in the class cost. Two un-spread specimens, one spread specimen, an entomology spreading board, entomology pins, pinning tape, and a shadowbox frame are included for each student to work on and take home with them. Each student will leave with one framed specimen, and two pinned specimens. Butterfly species will vary due to availability. Registration is open to individuals 18+ only.
The class will take place on Sunday, February 8 from 3-5PM. In the event of inclement weather, the snow date for this event will be Sunday, February 15 from 3-5PM.
Seating is extremely limited. Unfortunately, due to limited space, we cannot accommodate spectators at the event. Everyone in the space must have a purchased a ticket. Please note that workshop ticket sales are non-refundable.
